ROX FUSION WORX — REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the custom print-to-order nature of every product we create, all sales are final. Each item is printed, assembled, and quality-checked specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email on file with photos clearly showing the issue. We will review each case individually and work to make it right at our discretion.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or dropping the prop
• Warping or deforming caused by exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or outdoor conditions
• Improper magnet installation or assembly by the customer
• Damage resulting from improper charging or modification of electronics or batteries

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable and outside the control of Rox Fusion Worx.

PRINT CHARACTERISTICS Small surface variations visible under different lighting angles are normal characteristics of Silk PLA and are not considered defects.
